IMPHAL, February 11: Reacting to a news report about the state police foiling an attempt on his life, Board of Secondary Education, Manipur Former Secretary Kunjamohan has today appealed to all concerned to clarify on the incident as he has no enmity with anyone.
Expressing his surprise on the news report during a press conference at his residence, Kunjamohan said he had never done anything wrong during his career and has no enmity with anyone.
Elaborating further he said, he was the BOSEM Secretary from 1982-90 and after that was the Council Secretary till 1995 following which he had retired from his service.
He continued that during his service period he had not done anything wrong and after retired had been involved in language and literature.
It is 18 years since he retired from his office and the report saying that three persons have been arrested while trying to kill him is unsettling.
He further urged the authorities to investigate into the incident to find out the truth at the earliest.
