IMPHAL, Feb 28: Kuki Chiefs Association, Kuki Students’ Organization, Kuki Peoples’ Forum and Thadou Students’ Association of Chandel district have jointly submitted a memorandum to the state Chief Minister requesting for stay or cancellation of the transfer order of Lalramsang Infimate, the present ADC Moreh and SDO/BDO Tengnoupal, in the interest of the people.
