IMPHAL, February 13: In a press meet held at the Government Dance College, Palace Compound, Imphal, the Joint Action Committee of Service Associations of NVS informed that as part of their agitations over their demands, teachers would launch a cease work strike and a mammoth sit-in-protest on 16 February at Imphal.
