IMPHAL, Feb 25: The Biodiversity, Ecology and Environment Network, Manipur observed its 7th foundation day by jointly organizing a painting competition with SSA (IED) Cell, Zone-I and Relief Centre for Welfare of Differently abled Person under the theme “towards greener Manipur” for Children With Special Need (CWSN) at Tera Boys High School, Tera Bazaar today.
