IMPHAL, Feb 3: The proscribed RPF/PLA has clarified in a press statement that Huirem Nandesor (58) son of (L) H Nilamani of Konkham Awang Leikai and Mayengbam Manglem (58) son of (L) M Angou of Awang Jiri Maning Leikai who were arrested by 18th Sikh under the 9 Sector IGAR on February 2 from Thongkham Awang Leikai, Nambol Police are not related to the outfit in any manner.
