IMPHAL, Feb 9: The Students’ Union of Kangleipak has in a release appealed to stop organizing festivities with loud speaker like music concerts, Lila/Drama, film screening, thabal chongba etc starting from February 15 in consideration with the coming BOSEM and COSEM examinations 2013.
