IMPHAL, February 13: Reminding that All Manipur Muslims ( Meitei Pangal) Welfare Association had urged the Chief Minister to open a passport service centre at Imphal, the United Pangal (Muslim) Cultural centre (UPCC), Lilong said in a press release that it supports the call. If democratic forms of agitations are to be launched in connection with call, it will extend all the possible help, the release said.
