IMPHAL, March 13: A book titled “Shingnabagi Ka Amasung Dairygimapu” (Manipuri) written by Ranjita Konthoujam has been selected for Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar for 2012.
According to a notification letter sent by the Sahitya Akademi, a special function to present the 2012 Sahitya Akademi Yuva Purasher will be held on March 22 at 5:00 pm at Guwahati. The Plaque and the cheque for Rs 50,000 will be presented to Ranjita by the President of the Sahitya Akademi on this occasion.
