IMPHAL, March 11: Following the announcement from the Indo-Burma-Sugnu Bus Owner’s Welfare Union to launch further agitations, vehicle owners today parked their buses at Nityaipat Chuthek in front of the state BJP office creating problems for the commuters on the road.
More than 10 buses were parked at the Nityaipat Chuthek parking while a bus bearing registration number MN 02 3172 was parked right in the middle of the road.
The driver was conveniently absent from the scene and the bus ended up partially blocking the road for the commuters. Traffic personnel later towed away the bus using a tow truck.
