IMPHAL, March 13: As per the order of the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur three candidates of the Arts stream are expelled today for impersonation/copying from manuscript loose sheets at the centre noted against each on March 13th, 2013 in the Higher Secondary Examination.
The said candidates are expelled from Noney Private Centre said a press release signed by Dr H Nabachandra Singh, Secretary of the Council of Hr Sec Education, Manipur.
