IMPHAL, Mar 20: The dead body of Saka Moson Khoubu Maring (40), son of Sonpien Khoubu Maring of Khansing village, Chandel district was handed over to his family members after post mortem at the Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of medicals science today.
It may be mentioned that Saka Moson was reportedly picked up by three unidentified persons from Khangsim village and his bullet ridden body found in Khukham village, on the eastern side of Jora farm.
