IMPHAL, March 24: The state Labour department has notified in a statement that all the shops in the state will open on March 24 (Sunday) to facilitate the public for purchasing their requirements for the ensuing Yaoshang Festival, 2013. The employees of the shops shall be allowed an alternative holiday for the aforesaid date, it added.
