IMPHAL, Mar 2: The dead body of a non-Manipuri, who was found in an unconscious state at near Major Khul, Thangal bazaar on February 22 and who later expired on February 25 at RIMS after he was admitted by the City police, was handed over to the IMC for disposal today as no one had approached to claim the body.
