IMPHAL, April 5: The Debjani Leima Foundation and All Manipur Recognized Private School Welfare Association is organizing a state level essay competition for students reading in class 9 in commemoration with the 28 death anniversary of Debjani Leima on April 13 at Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School, Canchipur. The topic of the essay competition is “Laininghal Naoria Phullo Gi Punsi Wari.”
