IMPHAL, April 13: The proscribed United Revolutionary Front (URF), Manipur has in a press statement signed by its Information and Publicity secretary, AK Pibarel announced a state-wide general strike from 6 am of April 15 against the President of India’s visit to Manipur on April 15. The general strike will be imposed till the President leaves the state, the statement added.
