IMPHAL, April 8: The Deputy Labour Commissioner has announced that the rates for hair cutting and shaving have been increase in persuance of the resolution passed during a joint meeting of the AMSU and the All manipur Barbers’ Association on December 17, 2012.
It said hair cutting will now charge Rs 30; shaving will charge Rs 20 per shaving etc.
