IMPHAL, April 12: The proscribed outfit KCP (MC) has called a public curfew from 5 am of April 15 till 5 am of April 16 against the proposed visit of the President, Pranab Mukherjee.
According to a statement of the outfit fire service, water supply, ritual services, electricity, education, print and electronic media are exempted from the purview of the public curfew.
