IMPHAL, April 4: Imphal West police commandos have arrested an active member of KCP (MC) from near Uripok Cheirap Court on April 3 at 1:45 pm, said a release of SP Imphal West district.
According to the release, the arrested person has been identified as Moirangthem Manju Devi (33), wife of Khoirom Shanti Singh of Mayang Langjing Taning.
