IMPHAL, April 2: The Kanglei Indigenous Martial Arts and Cultural Society ( KIMACS) has said in a press release that the 3rd KIMACS festival of Thang-ta will be held from 23 April to 25 April with an objective to promote Manipuri Martial Arts. The release informed that Thang-ta associations and private schools of the state can participate in the said festival.
