IMPHAL, April 10: The state Chief Minister is likely to convene a cabinet meeting on April 12 to discuss several issues including cash incentives for the police personnel of the Special Investigation Team and others responsible for solving the case FIR No 24 (4) 2013 of Irilbung PS under section 302/34 IPC and the prorogation of the Fourth Session of the Tenth Manipur Legislative Assembly, informed a source.
