IMPHAL, April 12: An old man who was hospitalized at RIMS casualty after being picked up by the police who found him lying unconscious at the community hall located at Chakrikom of Uripok under Imphal police station of Imphal west on April 8 in the night has breathed his last yesterday.
According to the police source, the old man had said that he is from Sugnu while he was still alive but his exact name and address has not been ascertained. The man is over 60 years , is wheatish – complexioned, slim and above five feet tall with short hair. He wore grey trousers, a dark blue jacket and a grey T – shirt grey. His dead body has been deposited at the RIMS morgue and will be disposed off after seeking court permission if it is not claimed till April 13.
