IMPHAL, April 3: The Chief Secretary will chair a preparatory meeting on April 6 at the conference hall of the Old Secretariat, for the Deputy Chairman-Chief Minister level meeting on the Annual Plan 2013-14, sources said.
In connection with the said preparatory meeting, all concerned administrative secretaries have been informed by the state Planning department to make Power Point Presentations for a 5 minute duration on certain areas indicated for their respective departments.
Further according to sources, the Power Department will make focus on Power Sector Reform; Social Welfare department on NSAP- Financial inclusion with the opening of bank accounts; Health department on approach towards declining of IMR & MMR; Sports and A&C on success stories in sports and A&C; and the Manipur Skill Development Society on skill development training program and tourism department on way forward and promotion of tourism.
The departments have also been informed to send in their hard and soft copies of their PPTs by April 5, a day ahead of the preparatory meeting, sources said.
