IMPHAL, April 19: All the concerned eligible registered candidates furnished by the respective Employment Exchanges are informed of recruitment of 2`1 Staff Nurses and 200 Female health Workers that prescribed Application forms will be available from 0/0 the Chief Medical Officers of the respective District and From o/o the Medical Ofiicer i/c CHC` Kanqpokpi/ CHC Jiribarn/ Moreh Hospital for sub-division of Sadar Hillsl Jiribarn/ Moreh respectively Issue of Application forms shall be w.e.f. 22/04/2013 to 04/o5/2013 as per a notification from the Medical Directorate, Government of Manipur.
Further, it is informed that the duly filled up Application forms along with enclosures shall be submitted with an examination fee of Rs 600/- Rupees six hundred) only for General/ OBC candidates and Rs 300/ – (Rupees three hundred) only for SC/ ST candidates to the Medical Directorate, Imphal w.e.f. 08/05/2013 to 18/05/2013.
