IMPHAL, May 25: The Knowledge Information Networking Group of Society organized an award distribution function was held at St. George School Hungpung Dungrei, Ukhrul on May 24to felicitate the highest scorer from the St George School Class X Exam,2013 conducted by BOSEM.
A press release from the Society said that the award was donated by Knowledge Infornation Networking Group of Society (KINGS) and Ngangom Family, Thangmeiband in the loving memory of (L) Ngangom Singhajit Singh. The award consisted of a memento, certificate and cash prize of Rs 2000/-.
Horreingam AS Zimik son of Ngaithingkhui AS Zimik and Grace AS Zimik of Singcha of Ukhrul District, who were the toppers of the school received the award.
A free dental checkup was also held on the sidelines of the award distribution function, it said.
