IMPHAL, May 25: A Spot Essay writing competition organized by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur was held today at the Ramlal Paul Higher Secondary School.
The competition was open to students of Class 1 to X of all schools recognized by the Board.
The topic for the essay was “Importance of learning mother tongue for protection of cultural identity”. The medium of writing for the competition were in Manipuri and English.
