KANGPOKPI, May 10: A girl identified as Lhingminchong Singsit (12) daughter of Nehpu Singsit and Neonu Singsit has been reportedly missing since May 9, 2013 from her uncle’s residence at Kangpokpi Ward No.13.
In connection with the case, the missing girl’s mother has filed an FIR at the Kangpokpi police station today and also reported the matter to the Kangpokpi Town Committee.
The town committee chairman Chonkam Kipgen called upon local media persons today evening at his office chamber requesting media attention and also appealed to inform the Town Committee or the nearest police station or Zalaileng News Service Centre Kanggui at the following contact numbers if anybody happens to come across the said missing girl in the interest of the little girl’s family in particular and the public in general.

The mother who was also present at the town committee chairman’s office chamber briefed the media person that, on that particular day when the girl went missing, she was wearing a blue shirt, red and white colour mix skirt and a chapal. She is 3.5ft tall with a dark complexion.
