JIRIBAM, May 27: A two day assessment cum identification camp for persons with disabilities and issue of certificate began today at Jiribam town hall organized by State Medical Board, a joint initiative of the Social Welfare department and Health department.
According to an official, this camp is being conducted so that persons with disabilities can claim their certificates to avail the aids provided by the government from time to time. Around 70 disabled persons attended the camp today, the official added.
