IMPHAL, May 28: A press release of the Superintendent of Police, Imphal West District, Manipur said that Imphal West Police Commandos arrested one active member of KYKL from Lamphel RIMS namely 1. Leihaorungbam Saratchandra alias Ibungochouba Singh (35), son of (L) L. Ibohal Singh of Top Awang Leikai.
