IMPHAL, May 25: A press release of the Manipur State Legal Services Authority has said that the body will organize a Lok Adalat in respect of compoundable electricity theft cases (two benches) and motor accident claim cases pertaining to National Insurance Company Ltd (one bench) on May 26 at 10:00 am at Cheirap Court Complex.
It has further said that most of the electricity theft cases are from the Police Stations of Thoubal and Bishnupur districts. Those persons who have already received summons for the cases to be listed in Lok Adalat are requested to appear before the same on time for amicable settlement of their cases, it said.
