IMPHAL, May 22: A press release issued by Manipuri Students’ Federation (MSF) said that Imphal West District Committee along with office bearers at head office was opened under the guidance of Aheibam Boinao , Vice President-I head office of Manipuri Students’ Federation and Mayengbam Gulsan, Organisation Secretary. The office bearers include Maisnam Shitaljit ( Imphal College) as president, Oinam Sagar (DM college of Arts) as Vice President –I, Puyam Dayabati Devi (GP Women College) as Vice President – II and Kakchingtabam Boinao (Manipur College) as General Secretary.
