IMPHAL, May 9: Condemning the murder of Brahmacharimayum Neena Devi, Salai Apunba Nupi Lamjing Lup (SANULAL) has asked what the government has decided with regard to awarding punishment to the murderers of women, while stating that the Government must not nurture them.
According to a statement from the Lup, Neena Devi was brutally killed on May 1, 2013 by her brother-in-law Phurailakpam Brajakeshor Sharma.
