IMPHAL, May 29: The proscribed PREPAK has notified in a statement signed by its publicity officer Sanju Oinam that the letter heads Ref No 6032/FS/PK/2013, 6034/FS/PK/2013 and 6035/FS/PK/2013 signed by its finance secretary P Chinglen which were recovered from Md Askar Ali alias Md Aktar (19), son of Md Tayib Ali of Moreh Ward No 5 and at present staying at Lilong Tairen Makhong, who, according to a release of SP Imphal East, was arrested by a combined team of Irilbung police station and 40 AR on May 27, will no longer be in use.
