IMPHAL, June 28: All Manipur Working Journalists’ Union (AMWJU) has today released a press release to inform all its members that a special general body meeting will be held on July 7, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Manipur Press Club to discuss the following agenda namely, Inquiry committee report, registration & affiliation to labour department and Indian Journalists’ union, appointment of Press Club runner, screening of membership for issue of new ID card.
Another separate press release was also issued by the same Union saying that the Standing Committee has appointed Thingnam Anjulika of Eastern Chronicle, Ram Kung Pamei of PTI, Thiyam Ranjan of ISTV, Liklai Leima of the Sangai Express and Asem Bhakta of Indian Age as the members of the Manipur Press Club Management Committee, it said.
