IMPHAL, June 14: The Chief Minister of Manipur, Okram Ibobi Singh has today tabled the annual administrative report of the Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) of the previous year 2012-13 during the fifth day of the 5th Session of the the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly.
