IMPHAL, June 14: The 5th day of the 5th session of the ongoing 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly has started at 11 am in the morning with Thokchom Lokeshwar Singh, speaker of the house in the chair.
In the morning session of question and answer, chief minister O Ibobi Singh has tabled administration report of Manipur Public Service Commission (MPSC) 2012-13 and requested the house to pass seven demands while MLA I Ibohanbi Singh made a calling attention. The opposition members of the house made cut motions against the seven demands; meanwhile the speaker adjourned the house at 1:03 pm until 2:03 pm with no finality of the cut motion for lunch break.
The evening session has started a little later of 8 minutes from the time schedule as the leader of the house chief minister Okram Ibobi Singh turned up in the house at 2:11 pm in the evening.
