IMPHAL, June 28: Turel Ahanbi Mayai Leikai Social Welfare & Development Association has today issued a press release expressing their concern on the arrest of Md Sayed Ahamed (34) from Kaleikhong along with an amount of Rs 35,000 (thirty five thousand) by 40th Assam Rifles charging as a anti social element on June 27, 2013 and subsequent hand over of him to Lilong Police Station and added that the allegation is unacceptable. The press release further said that a public meeting is being organised on June 29, 2013 at 6 am at Thongkhong of Lilong Turel Ahanbi Kaleikhong to discuss the matter, it said.
