IMPHAL, June 14: The DC/Collector, Land Acquisition, Imphal West has notified in a statement to all the affected pattadars/land owners in connection with the acquisition of land for improvement of Nambul River on the Eastern banks under Urban Renewal of CBD, Imphal Phase-I at village No.87/A-Khwai Bazar Sheet NO.17 & 18 in Imphal District (from Maharani Bridge to Keishampat Bridge) that the Award Order has been announced by the Collector, Land Acquisition, Imphal West on June 13, 2013 under provisions of Section 12 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
The details/ particulars of the Awards are affixed/pasted on the Notice Board of the office of the undersigned at DC, Imphal West`s office, Babupara, it said.
All the affected pattadars are informed to submit details of Land Ownership Certificate, Patta, Pan Card and Bank Account to the office of the DC/Collector, Land Acquisition located at Babupara on any working day for process of payment of compensation by E-Transaction, it added.
