IMPHAL, June 7: A press release of the Superintendent of Police, Imphal West District, Manipur said that an active member of PREPAK, namely, Haorongbam Lakhpati alias Khagemba (35), son of H. Ibomcha Singh of Chajing Chingkhong Leikai was arrested by Imphal West Police Commandos from Chajing Chingkhong Leikai at about 3:00 a.m.
