IMPHAL, June 7: As a work of recognition of the altruistic contribution of the voluntary blood donors in Manipur, the Board of Blood Transfusion Council, Manipur is going to felicitate regular blood donors and blood donor organisations/NGOs of Manipur on the observance of World Blood Donor Day 2013 to be held on June 14, 2013 at Centenary Hall, Manipur University, said a press release issued by the director of the State Blood Transfusion Council, Manipur.
