IMPHAL, June 6: The All Manipur Elementary School Teachers’ Association, Kakching branch has in its executive council and headmasters/headmistresses meeting condemned the concerned authority of the Department of Education (S) for the non-release of funds which is meant for the purchase of school uniform while saying that distribution of school uniforms of all the districts of Manipur has been completed and it was further appealed to the concern authority to transfer the necessary funds to SMC account in order to effectively translate the government program, said a press release issued by the general secretary, Md Basir Ahamed.
