IMPHAL, June 14: The deputy secretary (administration) of the Manipur Legislative Assembly has today appointed RK Bhagat Singh (reporter grade III) as the Media Liaison Officer for the ongoing session of the Manipur Legislative Assembly.
RK Bhagat Singh will discharge the duty of Liaison Officer in addition to his normal duty of reporter grade III.
