LAMKA, July 15: The CDSU Secy info and publicity, T Pumkhanlian has said in a press statement that the union is shocked to learn that 59 cadres of KCP (Lamphel), KCP (MC) and KCP (Taibanganba) are being kept at the 46th Assam Rifle camp.
It has further stated that the union opposes the rehabilitation of valley based UG groups in the hills.
