IMPHAL, July 19: The Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to Prime Minister and also president of Indian Statistical Institute, Dr C Rangarajan will open a post graduate diploma course on Statistical Method and Analytics at the North East campus of the Tejpur Central University, Assam on July 22, 2013, according to a statement of the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
