IMPHAL, July 28: The Handloom Promotion Council, Manipur has today said in a press release that the 14th Handloom Day will be held on August 1, 2013 at the GM Hall. As usual, the weavers of the state will be honoured and also awarded to the school which has used the productions of local weavers in their schools uniforms.
