IMPHAL, July 26: The Superintendent of Police of Imphal West district has today released a press note saying that the CDO of the district has arrested one active worker of KNF (N) on July 25 at 03:45 pm from Thangal Bazaar further adding that the arrested militant was identified as one Salkeihang Kipgen (28) alias Ranjit, son of (L) Khailam Kipgen of Sugnu Serou Lamkhai in Chandel district.
