IMPHAL, July 15: The Manipur Pradesh Trinamool Congress (MPTC) has unanimously appointed new office bearers and executive members for its Mahila Congress wing.
N Pramo Devi, ex-Zilla Parishad member of Awang Khunou-Lamsang a/c will be the new president; Ngaineikim, Churachandpur district and Sapam Geeta as vice-president; Laishram Meiteileima, ex-Pradhan of Waiton Gram Panchayat Khundrakpam A/C as general secretary while Lucy Jajo, Ukhrul District; Ksh (ongbi) Babita and Nongmaithem Nanda Devi as secretary and executive members respectively, conveyed a press release issued by Th Inaocha Singh, gen sec of MPTC.
Also, the president of MPTC has appointed Ngachonmi Ramshang of Phungyar a/c Ukhrul district as general secretary of the MPTC, it added.
