IMPHAL, July 17: The Manipuri Students’ Federation has today said in a press release that this students’ body will observe the death anniversary of late Pebam Chittaranjan as usual adding that late Chittaranjan had sacrificed his valuable human life for the cause Manipur demanding removal of AFSPA from Manipur while requesting the general public to kindly extend help and cooperation so as to enable the observance of death anniversary success, it said.
