IMPHAL, July 6: The Juvenile Association, Kakching Makha Leikai has today released a press statement saying that a meeting was organised at its office on July 4, 2013 and the meeting condemned the act of planting a bomb which could caused destructive to both human and valuable assets at the gate of Dr N Birchandra Singh on July 1, 2013.
The press statement further appealed to all concerns not to subscribe to such anti people action of placing bombs inside the local residence while mentioning Dr Birchandra Singh as innocent as he could render valuable services for the welfare of the locality and also extend support to Jubenile Association, it said.
