IMPHAL, July 15 (NNN): The NSCN-Khole/Kitovi group has said that no militant outfit should dictate to another militant organisation in the interest of maintaining peace in the region.

On Monday, NSCN-Khole/Kitovi group, Zeliangrong Region supervisor Felix who is also a `deputy kilonser` ( the outfit`s minister of state) alleged that the NSCN-IM has been asking the public not to pay `tax` to the NSCN-Khole/Kitovi group.

“In short, the NSCN-IM is banning our outfit from collecting tax from the people. This move of the NSCN-IM is nothing but inviting violence,” warned Deputy kilonser Felix while adding, “No underground organisation has the authority to ban another outfit from collecting tax.”

Meanwhile, Felix has urged all the concerned authorities and officials to implement the funds that were sanctioned by the government for various developmental works.

He alleged that there are numerous work agencies, authorities and officials who refuse to implement the funds.

Meanwhile, clearing the air of confusion on his outfit`s tag, Felix said that his outfit is GPRN/NSCN but the Government of India calls it as NSCN-KK (Khole/Kitovi) while in Nagaland, his outfit is known by the people as `Unification` group.
