IMPHAL, July 19: The Manipur People’s Party has today alleged in a press release that state Chief Minister O Ibobi is an impious leader adding that people should not anticipate welfare schemes from him.
It has further said that the cabinet decision of June 6, 2013 which cancelled the Manipur MBBS/BDS test thereby shattering the fate of thousands of medical aspirants was an act of tyranny and continued to charge that the cabinet Ministers present in that particular meeting of June 6 should resigned.
Moreover, the press release further added another issue on food security mentioning of the AAY scheme under which every household is entitled to get 35 kg of rice at the rate of Rs 2.43 per kg on monthly basis but the press release charged that Govt of Manipur did not provide a single grain in any assembly constituency, it charged.
